BOARD OF APPEALS
I am vehemently opposed to the proposed race track in West Yarmouth at the former site of Tasty
Buffet.
I am an abutter in Buck Island Village. We should be allowed to live our lives peacefully and not be
subjected to the sound of 8 Go Karts at 70-75 decibels EACH, all day and into the night until 10 pm.
This will decrease our property values. This will be extremely disturbing to our lives with this constant
noise.
This does not belong in a residential area!!! There is one in South Yarmouth behind Skull Island, we
do not need another one!
Buffer trees will not even serve to mitigate the noise and pollution of this unnecessary business.
Please do not allow this to go any further, please do right by the residents of Buck Island Village.
