Existing Basement Plan
BASEMENT NOTES:
-Remove the basement windows (6) Openings to be infilled with CMU
-Remove the bulkhead interior door, to be replaced.
-Excavate and remove forst wall & retaining wall for new basement
area. Refer to structural drawings for notes and details.
GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES:
- Protect the interior from moisture and weather when doors and
windows are removed. Cover openings with plastic or rigid board.
- Remove the interior GWB from all exterior walls and remove the
cavity insulation, to be replaced.
- Remove the existing AC system including the condenser, air
handling equipment and all ductwork and registers.

Carefully remove the following items to be salvaged and donated to
Habitat for Humanity. Store and coordinate pick-up.
