South Elevation New Construction Notes
1, Construct new footing and foundation system under new addition. Footings shall be
20' wide x 10' thick at 4'4" minimum below grade. Foundation wall shall be 8' wide
with 518' anchor balls at 36' on center.
2. Furnish and install new Pella double hung windows — Model 3759.
3. Furnish and Install new Pella double hung windows — Model 3741.
4. Fumish and install new Pella French doors (double acting) — each door 2'-6" x 6'-8"
5. Furnish and install new Pella exterior 3'-0' x 6'-8' door with 1'-0' side lights.
6. Fumish and install new siding to match existing.
7. Furnish and install new architectural grade asphalt roof shingles — color by owner.
8. Center this window below the existing window in the attic.
9. Extend exterior wall in the existing bathroom to 8'-0' to create new dormer roof line.
