SUBJECT:Notice of Intent for 5 Aunt Edith’s Road,South Yarmouth,MA 02664,for a
Proposed Reconstruction of an Existing Permitted Pier,and Float Modifications
in Bass River.

The Waterways/Shellfish Advisory Committee reviewed the above Notice of Intent presented by
Mark Burgess of Shorefront Consulting on behalf of Aunt Edith’s Road Association.
The committee voted unanimously,with the exception of Bob Churchill who chose to recuse
himself due to a person relationship with the applicants.The committee requested it be noted in
this letter that the Shellfish Survey revealed there were no shellfish that they would need to
mitigate or broadcast.
