Attached please find a copy of the project eligibility application I filed today with Michael Busby at Mass Housing Finance Agency. After much discussion with
town department heads, financial institutions, neighbors, and Mass Housing, over a number of years, we've decided to file an application for project eligibility
using the State of Massachusetts 40B process.

We have had nothing but an excellent relationship with the town as well as various state agencies, and all on our team believe this to be a more direct path to
successfully build 23+/- workforce housing units in Yarmouth. We are sensitive to the needs and opinions of the town and it's zoning and look forward to an
open and cooperative partnership as we move this development forward.
