Order without exception. Acceptance is limited to the terms stated herein, and any additional or different terms are
rejected unless expressly agreed to in writing by TRC.
Client Authorization is requested within 3 business days of receipt. Please note we must receive the signed Change
Order prior to release of authorized work product.
