SUBJECT:Notice of Intent for 47 Crowell Road,West Yarmouth,MA 02673,for
Maintenance Dredging of the Tidal Creek at Crowell Beach.

The Waterways/Shellfish Advisory Committee reviewed the above Notice of Intent presented by
Kieran Healy of the BSC Group.
The committee made a recommendation to allow the dredging project as presented but felt it
should have appear before Conservation Commission rather than the Waterways and Shellfish
Advisory Committee as there is no issues with the aide to navigation.
