A hearing(the"Hearing")will be held on July 7,2023 at 10:00 a.m.(prevailing Eastern Time) before The Honorable Thomas M. Horan, 824 N. Market Street, 5th Floor, Courtroom #6, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, to consider entry of an order granting the Motion and determining, among other things, that the Disclosure Statement contains "adequate information" within the meaning ascribed to such term in section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code and approving the Disclosure Statement. 2.
