There is appurtenant to said land a right of way in common with all others now or hereafter entitled
Thereto over the roads and ways shown on said plan.
Said land is subject to and has the benefit of all restrictions, stipulations, rights and easements set
Forth in Certificate of Title No. 9277 so far as the same may now be in force and applicable.
Said land is subject to the rights granted in an easement given to the Cape & Vineyard Electric
Company dated March 15, 1948, being Document No. 21376.
The above -described premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of restrictions,
Rights and easements of record insofar as the same are now in force and effect.
