QUITCLAIM DEED
MDCLDH Realty Investments, LLC, a Massachusetts Limited
Liability Company with a usual place of business at 133 Falmouth
Road, Mashpee, MA 02649, for consideration paid and in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), hereby grants to David R.
Holt and Nancy J. Holt both of 207 Coachman Lane, West Barnstable,
MA 02668, as husband and wife tenants by the entirety with
QUITCLAIM COVENANTS, the following described property.

together with an undivided 23% interest appertaining to said Unit
