Zoning Board if Appeals:
I am opposed to the proposed go kart track,
In addition to all the serious, previously -stated reasons to not approve this track, there is the question, "Is this what
Yarmouth residents need or want?"
Yarmouth home owners regularly receive surveys asking for our visions of what we hope for Yarmouth going
forward. Besides the serious noise issue, traffic and pollution, the go kart track adds honky-tonk and carnival to our
town, not at all desirable to people living here.
The sound tests performed are a joke. There needs to be further investigation of the negative issues involved.
