2023 MEETING SCHEDULE
We wish to paint the clapboards on the front of the house with Benjamin Moore HC -6, Windham, a
shade lighter than the current yellow. The current color was a custom Sherwin Williams yellow applied
in 2016 prior to our purchase. A paint can left at the home suggests it was previously painted a
different shade of yellow in 1996, Benjamin Moore HC -4, Hawthorne Yellow. We find no OKH approval
for these colors. Property Record Cards in the Assessors File describe it as "natural yellow".
We wish to continue the Sherwin Williams dark green on shutters, front door, and mail boxes.
All trim and windows will remain white. We have used Benjamin Moore OC-151, White, for touch up on
gutters and downspouts.
