PETITION#: 5032: 2 Bass River Parkway, South Yarmouth
The Conservation Administrator approved an Administrative Review form on March, 8,
2023 for a 10’ x 14’ shed at 2 Bass River Parkway. Since the property is in the flood zone,
the only special condition is that the shed be securely anchored.
PETITION#: 5036: 60 Bayberry Road, West Yarmouth
Prior to building a shed the applicant needs to file an Administrative Review with
Conservation.
