Good morning.
After serious review and consultation with family members, we have decided NOT to increase the size of the deck at 18 Roads End, South Yarmouth. We would like you/ Fraser Construction
to replace the deck using the current dimensions.
We found the mitigation requirement dictated by The Conservation Commission to be onerous, unreasonable, and not in keeping with the maximum utility and enjoyment of the property. We
had offered to introduce plantings and maintain 500 square feet at a location of the Commission’s choosing. That offer was rejected and the status quo remains.
Please get back to me if you have any questions or if I can be of any help. We will keep the October dates open for construction.
