All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be
located as shown on a plan drawn by McGlone Engineering Inc., Robert G. McGlone,
Surveyor, dated January 2, 1975, as modified and approved by the Court, filed
in the Land Registration Office, a copy of a portion of which will be filed
with the original certificate of title issued on this decree.
So much of Lot 3 as lies within the limits of the Way,
approximately shown on said plan, is subject to the rights of all those law-
fully entitled thereto, in and over the same.
The land hereby registered is subject to an Avlgation
Easement, approximately shown on said plan marked "Line of Airport Clearance
Zone", as set forth in a Taking made by the Town of Barnstable for airport
purposes, dated June 10, 1957, duly recorded in Book 975, Page 598.
And the Court doth adjudge and decree that said land be brought under the operation and provisions of
Chapter 185 of the General Laws, and that the title of said
New Bedford Gas and Edison Light Company
to said land
be confirmed and registered; subject, however, to any of the encumbrances mentioned in Section forty-six of said
Chapter, which may he subsisting, and subject also as aforesaid.

tric Company, dated March 10, 1955, notice of which was duly recorded on March
10, 1955 in Book 902, Page 95.
