HomeMy WebLinkAboutAbutter NotificationNOTIFICATION TO ABUTTERS UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS WETLANDS PROTECTION ACT & TOWN OF YARMOUTH WETLAND BY-LAW, CHAPTER 143 In accordance with the second paragraph of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, you are hereby notified of the following: A. The name of the applicant is Josephine W. Rodgers Ph.D. and Kenneth W. Rodgers, Ed.D. B. The applicant has filed a Request to Amend an Order of Conditions with the Yarmouth Conservation Commission, seeking permission to remove, fill, dredge or alter an Area Subject to Protection under the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL c. 131 s. 40 & Town of Yarmouth Wetland By -Law, Chapter 143). C. The address of the activity is proposed is 11 North Cove Landing, South Yarmouth, MA 02664 D. Proposed work is as follows: 1) install a deck on the west side of the our home; 2) make a pad of impervious materials at the bottom of the steps leading from the deck to the yard; and 3) install an outdoor shower at the Northwest corner of our home. E. Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the Yarmouth Hall at the Conservation Commission office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
