(BSC) is pleased to submit this Request to for Certificate of Compliance (RCOC) on behalf of our client, Colleen Bueller, for the property located at 12 Fairwind Circle in South Yarmouth (the Site). The permitted project at the Site (OOC SE 83-975) involved removing dead wood, selectively limbing and thinning existing vegetation on and above the coastal bank, and planting clumps of shrubs to increase the stability of the coastal bank. The public hearing for the NOI was closed on 5/18/1989. This project was completed back In the early 1990's but was never closed out. A violation notice and enforcement order were issued to the property In 2021 for unpermitted cutting/ trimming of vegetation on the coastal bank. In 2021 a planting plan was submitted to and approved by Yarmouth Conservation to plant native species on the bank to address the violation notice/ enforcement order. BSC Group has submitted a final Inspection report dated 7/5/23 detailing the status of the plants on the bank and the banks stability. The coastal bank at 12 Fairwind Circle Is very well vegetated and stable currently. As such, we are requesting to close out the old OOC (SE83-975).
