2.THE TRENCHING IS TO BE ALONG SIDE THE
EXISTING TIMBER ACCESS STEPS.TRENCH SHALL BE
FILLED IN AND GRADED TO MATCH EXISTING
CONTOURS.THE TRENCH SHALL INCORPORATE MARKING
TAPE JUST BELOW GRADE,ALONG ITS ENTIRE LENGTH.
3.OLD TIMBER STEPS TO BE PROPERLY DISPOSED OF.
4.THE TWO EXISTING PILES UNDER THE DOCK SHALL
BE REMOVED AND CAN BE RE-INSTALLED OR
REPLACED AT THE APPLICANT'S OPTION.
5.ALL PILES SHOULD HAVE 10—FEET OF EMBEDMENT.
6.TOP OF BANK LINE DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE
CHANGED FROM THE PLAN OF RECORD,AND WAS
TRACED OVER RECORD PLAN AND THEN OFFEST TO
CREATE THE 35,50,AND 100 BUFFER ZONES AS
SHOWN.
