Dear Bruce:
On December 19,2022,I conducted an inspection of the removal of unsuitable material at
the above-referenced location. On January 14, 2023, I conducted a final inspection of the
completed installation of the new septic system. At that time, I noted the following:
Location Elevation
Benchmark 100.0
Invert to Pump Chamber 96.3
Invert to D-box 102.2
Invert out of D-box 102.0
This septic system was installed in substantial compliance with the approved plan.
