QUITCLAIM COVENANTS:

(West), Barnstable County, Massachusetts created by Master Deed dated February
13, 1982 and recorded on February 16, 1982 with the Barnstable County Registry of
Deeds in Book 3436, Page 302, as amended, which Unit is shown on the floor plan
of the Unit filed simultaneously with said Master Deed, in Barnstable County
Registry of Deeds Plan Book 361, Page 45 and 46, to which is affixed a verified
statement in the form provided in M.G.L. Chapter 183A, Section 9.
The address of the condominium is 503 Route 28, West Yarmouth, MA 02673,
Said Unit No. 18 is conveyed together with a 4.0 percentage interest in the common
areas and facilities of the property described in said Master Deed.
The Unit is conveyed subject to and with the benefit of the obligations, restrictions,
rights, and liabilities contained in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 183A, and
said Master Deed, and the By -Laws of said Condominium recorded therewith in
Book 3437, Page 001.
The condominium and each of the Units is intended for residential purposes and
other uses permitted by the applicable zoning ordinances and as set forth in said
Master Deed.
