Dear Bruce,
A final visual inspection was done of the septic installation at the above address. The system
appears to be installed in compliance with the approved plan dated July 24, 2021 with the
following notations:
At the time of inspection: ,
Although the deck is rotted and in pieces,the septic tank is inside the frame
2. The installer utilized the existing outlet pipe rather than tunnel under the deck
3. Pit was backfilled
4. The installer, Chase& Merchant is to supply the ``As-built"cards
5_ The system needs to be carefully backfilled and graded
