SUBJECT:Notice of Intent for 150 South Street,South Yarmouth,MA 02664 for a Proposed
Construction of a Fixed Pier,Ramp and Floats in Bass River.

The Waterways/Shellfish Advisory Committee reviewed the above Notice of Intent presented by
Daniel Ojala of Down Cape Engineering,Inc.
The Waterways and Shellfish Advisory committee participated in a lengthy conversation
regarding the request for a waiver to allow the pier,ramp,and float to consist of a total of 131’
rather than the required maximum of 80’.
After much discussion,a motion was made to allow this waiver under the condition it does not
set precedent.All were in favor of supporting the project as presented.
