Engineer specs on all beams and TJI floor system 2. The 110mph checklist has not been met in the following areas and it will require a Registered Design Professional to review and stamp the plans. • 3.1 max floor opening allowed 12ft, plans show 14ft stairway opening that also requires full height studs not shown on plan • 4.1 max height of loadbearing studs is 10ft, 14ft shown on plan • 4.1 max opening 11ft allowed, 12ft shown on plan • 4.1 max opening height 6' 8", 12ft shown on plan exceeding the 8ft exception allowed under note #2 3. It appears the garage is large enough to store more than 3 vehicles which requires relief in the form of a special permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals under Table 202.5 use Q3 -footnote#5 Please submit these items for review.
