This letter certifies that that the work referenced on the plan titled "Septic System
Upgrade Design for LaBarge at 14-16 Manor Path in Yarmouth, MA" dated December 9,
2022 (Revised April 12, 2023), has been completed according to plan. All elevations of
system components have been constructed as stated on plan, and all soils are in
accordance with those stated on plan.
