Building 20 is included in the annual septic pumping clean out which takes place every November. This report identifies the septic system for this location to be in failure. Title 5 requires repairs to be made within 60 days. The Health Departments has approved engineered plans to repair the system and bring it into full compliance. Additionally, the Department has received confirmation from the Robert B. Our Company that the system is being monitored and pumped when needed while awaiting the necessary repairs. Repairs are expected to take place in early 2024.
