To whom it may concern, The Robert B. Our Company maintains
the septic systems at Halcyon Condos located at 300 Buck Island Road,
West Yarmouth. Building 20 is included in the annual septic pumping
clean out which takes place every November. Building 20 specifically is
being regularly monitored and pumped when needed while awaiting a
new septic installation.

Dear Mr. Krosel:
The Yarmouth Health office received a Title 5 inspection report for 300 Buck Island Road, West
Yarmouth, building#20. This report identifies the septic system for this location to be in failure.
Title 5 requires repairs to be made within 60 days.
The Health Departments has approved engineered plans to repair the system and bring it into full
compliance. Additionally, the Department has received confirmation from the Robert B. Our Company
that the system is being monitored and pumped when needed while awaiting the necessary repairs.
Repairs are expected to take place in early 2024. This Department authorizes the extension of the repair
period.
