This document describes the work to be performed at the project's address above. TERMS: Event Proposal Estimate and Deposit: The proposal and estimate is for
information purposes only and does not confirm your event. Minimum value of our services is($900.00 less than 20 Miles from 02370)any projects further than 20 miles
will be$1,200.00.And any jobs under$3,000.00 must be paid completely one day prior to start of the job.To confirm your event and schedule,a deposit is required(50%
of the amount that show on the proposal). All deposits will be applied to the final invoice. This proposal is subject to change if there is any modifications that increase or
decrease the total square footage,materials or job site. if the price is from a blueprint,the quote is not the final price,and will require a walk thru on the job site. Valid: This
proposal is only valid for 60 days. Schedule: Please note that we cannot schedule this lob without receiving a signed proposal by email or mail and the deposit. Final
Payment: Accounts will be reconciled and a final invoice issued by email within 7 days of the event date. Services rendered will be charged. Accounts that remain unpaid
within 15 days of being issued will incur an interest charge of 1.5%per month. After 30 days past due,your invoice will be sent to a collection office. inspections: Our
company will be compliant with all state and local regulations and codes. Acceptance: Please note once work has commenced,that will act as a signed contract,whether
or not you signed this proposal or made the initial down payment and note that client data,information from work and payment will be filed and used until the
completion of the project.
