Hi Guys,
For your records, please find attached an Endorsed and Recorded copy of ANR Plan No. 2938 for a property
located off Pleasant Street south of 162 Pleasant Street, South Yarmouth, shown as Assessor’s Map 51.91. The
parcel includes a 30’ private way to access 162A and 162B Pleasant Street, as well as a 7’ wide footpath and
private beach area along Bass River. The ANR Plan divides this unbuildable lot into three unbuildable lots,
Parcels 4-A, 4-B and 4-C, for conveyance purposes. Parcel 4-A will remain the 30’ private access, Parcel 4-B
(footpath) will be conveyed to the adjacent 170 Pleasant Street and Parcel 4-C (beach area) will be conveyed to
the adjacent 162B Pleasant Street.
