Detailed Description of Proposed Work
Fencing
Replace a section of wooden split -rail fence along back of property -arid continue. with
new wooden split -rail fence. Fence to weather naturally.
Install 34 fence with gate from left side of house to neighbor's fence. P ic.i{�-�

New shrubs and plants to be planted in front of fences.
Alteration
Replace *front door with one with a window. Present door has high windows and is
damaged in places.
Replace double sliders at front end of family room with new door and small window.
Door to be wood or steel and match the new front door. Window to be square in shape.
Use vinyl siding (same as what is on the house now) to finish area where sliders were
taken out.
Replace double sliders at back end of family room with new door and larger window to
let in light, but conserve heat in winter. Shingles would be used to finish area where
sliders were taken out. Door would open up onto deck.
Reface cement steps leading up to front door with Bluestone.
Install step leading up to new door where sliders were (on front of house)
