Dear Members of the Commission,
Please allow this correspondence to serve as a response to the Enforcement Order dated July 21,
2023 (“EO”) that my wife, Nancy, and I recently received concerning boat storage from our
bulkhead and the installation of hardscapes at our property located at 52 Prince Road, Yarmouth,
MA (the “Property”).
On July 31, 2023, I spoke with Harbormaster Bill Bonnetti and as a result of our conversation the
boat will be removed from the bulkhead as requested in the EO.
Our engineer is presently working on a Notice of Intent application and site plan to address the
hardscape issues raised in the EO.
We look forward to working with the Commission to address all the issues raised in the EO.
