I hope this leƩer finds you well. As a proud member of the Crowell Road Beach AssociaƟon and a year-round
resident at 108 Crowell Road, I am wriƟng to express my wholehearted support for the proposed project, SE83-
2392, which aims to restore and enhance our beloved coastal treasure – Crowell Road Beach.
The Crowell Road Beach holds a special place in the hearts of its members and the local community. For
generaƟons, it has been a cherished desƟnaƟon where families come together to create lasƟng memories, enjoy
the natural beauty of our coastline, and watch our children forge connecƟons with one another. The proposed
dredging and beach nourishment project is crucial to ensure that this cherished space conƟnues to flourish as a
safe, family-friendly haven.
Over Ɵme, we have witnessed the gradual erosion of our beach, threatening its accessibility and diminishing the
space available for recreaƟonal acƟviƟes. The proposed project offers a thoughƞul soluƟon to these challenges,
promising not only to restore the beach to its former glory but also to enhance its resilience against coastal storm
flowage. This effort aligns perfectly with the mission of the Yarmouth ConservaƟon Commission to protect and
preserve our natural resources for present and future generaƟons.
