THIS STORMWATER MANAGEMENT/ EROSION CONTROL PLAN IS ACCOMPANIED BY A STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REPORT AS WELL AS A STORMWATER OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUAL. THE REPORT DESCRIBES THE PROPOSED STORMWATER SYSTEMS IN DETAIL AND DOCUMENTS COMPLIANCE WITH MASS DEP AND TOWN OF YARMOUTH STORMWATER STANDARDS. 2.) PRE -DEVELOPMENT AND POST -DEVELOPMENT WATERSHED DELINEATIONS ARE SHOWN ON THE PLANS TITLED VA PRE -DEVELOPMENT WATER SHAD PLAN' AND'C7.2 POST -DEVELOPMENT WATERSHED PLAN'. A COPY OF THE PLAN HAS ALSO BEEN INCLUDED WITH THE CONSERVATION STORMWATER FILING. 3.) ADDITIONAL STORMWATER & EROSION CONTROL INFORMATION IS INCLUDED ON THE FOLLOWING PLANS WHICH WERE ALSO SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION APPLICATION WITH THE PLANNING BOARD:'C1 EXISTING CONDITIONS PLAN','C2 SITE LAYOUT PLAN','C4 GRADING & DRAINAGE PLAN','C5 DETAILS & NOTES', &'C9 LANDSCAPE PLAN'. A COPY OF EACH OF THESE PLANS HAVE ALSO BEEN INCLUDED WITH THE CONSERVATION STORMWATER FILING. 4.) SEE STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP) DOCUMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION PERIOD STORMWATER CONTROLS AND SPECIFICATIONS. CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW AND COMPLY WITH ALL MANAGEMENT PRACTICES DETAILED IN THE SWPPP THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. 5.) ALL STORMWATER SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO REDUCE THE SITE -WIDE POST -DEVELOPMENT PEAK DISCHARGE RATE RELATIVE TO PRE -DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS. SEE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REPORT FOR DOCUMENTATION. 6.) THE (2) MAIN STORMWATER COLLECTION SYSTEMS FOR FAITH ROAD AND MIRACLE WAY CONSIST OF CATCH BASIN / MANHOLE NETWORKS PIPED PROPRIETARY PRE-TREATMENT UNITS, WHICH THEN OUTLET INTO DRY WATER QUALITY SWALES, WHICH THEN OUTLET INTO SUBSURFACE LEACHING FACILITIES. THERE ARE ALSO (5) SECONDARY STORMWATER SYSTEMS WHICH SERVE DRIVEWAY AND LAWN AREAS THAT PITCH AWAY FROM THE ROADWAY, CONSISTING OF DRY WATER QUALITY SWALES SIZED TO RETAIN ALL RUNOFF FLOW FROM THE 100 YEAR STORM EVENT. SEE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REPORT, AND'C4 GRADING & DRAINAGE PLAN' FOR FURTHER DETAILS. 7.) ALL ROOF RUNOFF SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY GUTTERS, DOWNSPOUTS AND DRYWELLS. LIMIT OF WORK SHALL BE MADE UP OF A 9" DIAMETER STRAW WATTLE INSTALLED PER THE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS. LIMIT OF WORK LOCATION SHOWN ON PLANS. 2.) CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREVENTING EROSION/ RUNOFF DURING CONSTRUCTION. 3.) LIMIT OF WORK SHALL BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO START OF WORK, AND SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN PLACE FOR THE ENTIRETY OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ON SITE, UNTIL ALL DISTURBED AREAS HAVE BEEN REVEGETATED AND/OR STABILIZED. 4.) ALL PROPOSED CATCH BASIN RIMS SHALL HAVE FILTER FABRIC INSTALLED UNDER THE RIM AFTER INSTALLATION UNTIL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ARE COMPLETE. FILTER FABRIC SHALL BE CLEANED OF ANY SEDIMENT AS NEEDED. SEDIMENT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AREA OF THE STRAW WATTLE BARRIER IF IT HAS ACCUMULATED TO Y2 OF THE ABOVE GROUND HEIGHT. 5.) ALL PROPOSED STORMWATER SUBSURFACE LEACHING FACILITIES SHALL BE SURROUNDED BY STRAW WATTLES TO PROTECT THE AREA FROM EROSION AND/OR SOIL ACCRETION UNTIL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ARE COMPLETE. 6.) MATERIAL STOCKPILES SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN LIMIT OF WORK AND SHALL BE PHYSICALLY SEPARATED FROM CONTACT WITH STORMWATER THROUGH THE USE OF STRAW WATTLES. STOCKPILES SHALL BE COVERED OR STABILIZED AS NECESSARY TO PROTECT AGAINST EROSION AND DUST GENERATION. SEE PLAN FOR POTENTIAL STOCKPILE LOCATIONS. 7.) CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT THE LIMIT OF WORK DAILY AND IMMEDIATELY REPAIR ANY DAMAGED SECTIONS ON THE STRAW WATTLE CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP A MINIMUM OF 100' OF EXTRA STRAW WATTLE ON SITE TO ALLOW FOR QUICK REPAIR OF ANY NOT TO SCALE DAMAGED SECTIONS.
