Yarmouth, MA 02664 Assessors' Map 50, Parcel 108 Owners: Shoestring Properties, LLC.; MRL Realty LLC Dear Planning Board Members, J M 0-9489 On behalf of the property owners (Shoestring Properties, LLC.; MRL Realty LLC), J.M. O'REILLY & ASSOCIATES, INC. hereby submits the following Approval Not Required (ANR) application and Plan for Planning Board approval. The existing condominium lot is to be divided into two separate lots. Both new lots meet the applicable minimum lot area and frontage requirements of the Town of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaws. The proposed ANR Plan corrects certain boundary locations shown on the existing plan of record (Plan Book 675 Page 75) to reflect the boundary locations depicted on the previous plan of record and the relevant abutting plans of record (Land Court Plans 25978-A, 16976-C, 16976-E). In addition to the ANR plan, a Site Plan showing Lot 1 Site improvements has been provided as part of the application, in order to demonstrate compliance with the Town Zoning Bylaw regulations. Please let me know if you have any questions or require further information. An associate from our office will be present at the Planning Board meeting on August 23, 2023 to present the project.
