Subject: Planning Board Subdivision File #1057S —Arthur D. Fuller
Dear Ms. Maslowski:
At their meeting of August 2, 2023, the Planning Board voted unanimously to approve a
request to re-release lot 104 (3 Cordick Road) from the Covenant and Agreement on
the above referenced subdivision as shown on Land Court Plan 11622-J. This
subdivision was created in 1959 by Arthur D. Fuller. The file jacket reads "RELEASED"
however, contained no document to the effect. The file contains a letter dated February
24, 1960 from W.D. Kelly, then Town Engineer, stating the road complies with the rules
and regulations and the subdivision road, Cordick Road, was accepted by the Town of
Yarmouth in January 1965. No other conditions were specified and therefore we
believe this to be a re-release of the lot 104.
