Overall Result: Partial Pass
Overall Remarks:
This is a follow-up inspection from a complaint on an unregistered rental,
renting to multiple J1 students and a full inspection on the house for a rental
occupancy certificate. The rental certificate is for 2023 only and can only be
renewed for 2024 once the building department has signed off on the work
done on the lower level. The maximum occupancy will be set at 7 for just this
2023 season as the students are leaving on September 7.
