WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.

Re: Historical Exemption Request
As homeowners of 394A North Dennis Road in Yarmouth Port, we are requesting
an Exemption to add to an existing above ground basement which currently does
not have any structure on top. The top is currently a rubber roof that connects to
the back wall of the current living room.
Our home is located at the end of a private road with no visibility from the street.
The bedroom and bathroom we plan to add on is behind our house which is also
not visible_
Those rooms will be replacing one bedroom located in the front and bathroom off
the kitchen which will allow for more space in our current home.
With respect to your committee, we feel that this change and update to our home
does not affect any historic guidelines you may have for compliance.
