Addition of a 2 x 20 foot portico over the garage entrance and a new 16 x 20 foot room at the rear of the dwelling to replace the existing deck.
The 16 x 20 deck will be relocated to the south of the new addition as shown on the plans submitted.
Additions have been designed in the Colonial Revival style to be in keeping with the original design of the existing house.
