#229A House in the back. Well labeled for first responders. Older home.
Currently unoccupied since December. Currently working on repainting
/refreshing before renting again. Will need to replace cover plates when
painting completed. Septic is for a 4bd.

Unfinished. Recommended to the owner to have a dehumidifier in the
basement because of the weather and rain lately because it is damp. Also,

Base of shower on 1st floor needs molding removed and new molding replaced
or re-caulking around the base of the shower. There is a small hole in the
ceiling maybe 2 x 2 because of freezing pipes in the winter, recommended
putting something on there that will still allow heat to the pipes. There is an old
1/2 bath in the basement that is no longer being used. Ensure the water from
the toilet bowl is removed.
