BSC engineering staff visited the site,located at 800 Route 6A in Yarmouth Port,on August 7,2023,to observe the
completed construction of the new,four(4)bedroom septic system.
Based on our observations,we are pleased to report that the newly installed septic system,as constructed,is in substantial
compliance with the approved plans and regulations,as set forth in 310 CMR 15.000 and the Town of Yarmouth Board of
