Overall Remarks:
#19 Tenant Carol ((5 years)) Unit was in fair condition. Tenant was in the
process of cleaning her stove. There was a very large hole in the bathroom wall
that tenant said they were repairing. . Storm door was also missing pneumatic
door closure and did not seal properly. The front walkway to 19 is an accident
waiting to happen. That must be repaired immediately before someone gets
hurt. Also, tenant dug a very large hole in the front that needs to be filled in
immediately. Could accumulate water AND it’s a tripping hazard. SEE PHOTOS
ATTACHED
