Good morning, Mark. It is unfortunate Town is questioningJudy's lack of a formal deed. As I mentioned in prior emails,
there are no individual deeds issued to each cottage owner or registered at the County Court Register of Deeds. There
are those individuals at the Town Hall that do not understand the Camp Ground and it's organizational and operational
processes.
Each cottage owner owns their own cottage and leases the lot on which the cottage is located. An analogy would be a
RV, which is owned by the individual who then leases/ "rents" the lot on which they park it.
I believe Judy has provided you a copy of her lease and her stock certificate - the only documents issued by the Camp
Ground. In one of our organizational documents, it states that in order to be issued a lease, the person requesting the
lease needs to be a member of the Yarmouth Camp Ground Association.
I had, my cottage raised a few years ago and had no problems getting the necessary permits so I'm confused/concerned
about the issues you are experiencing.
I am off Cape today and will be back either later today or tomorrow if you need more.

Hi, Mark.
Regarding a deed for the Yarmouth Camp Ground property (not Ms. Snow's cottage), the deed provides more
information than just ownership.
This information is used not only by the Board Members, but in the drafting of any decision, which is itself a legal
document.
While it's the applicant's responsibility to provide information to the ZBA, please see attached for what is listed as a
Deed from the Barnstable Registry of Deeds.
Please have Mr. Erickson confirm if this is the document the ZBA should be referencing, and if not, please have Mr.
Erickson provide the correct document.

I am Lee Erickson, Treasurer of the Yarmouth Camp Ground Association and am responding to your request to Mark Grant,below. The
copy of the deed you provided to Mark is the correct copy. Referrenced in the deed is a survey completed Nelson Bearse and Richard
Law Surveyors, with a map dated February 1, 1967, a copy of which can be provided if needed.. Hopefully this is what you need from
the Yarmouth Camp Ground. If you need anything further, do not hesitate to contact me either directly or through Mark Grant.
