At the Planning Board meeting of August 16, 2023, members voted to endorse ANR
Plan No. 2939 for 1121 Route 28, South Yarmouth MA, as shown on Assessor Map 50,
Parcels 108 & 108.1. The purpose of the ANR Plan is to subdivide the existing
condominium lot into two separate lots.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "Approval Not Required Plan of Land at 1121 Route 28,
Yarmouth, Massachusetts as surveyed and prepared for MRL Realty, LLC 371ndustrial
Park Road Plymouth, MA 02630 and Shoestring Properties, LLC 297 North Street
Hyannis, MA 02601". The Plan was prepared by John M. O'Reilly, PLS of J.M. O'Reilly
& Associates, and is dated and stamped August 4, 2023.
