For your records, please find attached an Endorsed ANR Plan No. 2939 for property located at 1121 Route 28,
South Yarmouth, shown as Assessor’s Map 50.108 & 50.108.1. The purpose of the ANR Plan is to subdivide
the existing condominium lot into two separate lots.
The applicant has six months from the endorsement date of August 16, 2023 to record the plan with the
Barnstable Registry of Deeds.
