Overall Result: Partial Pass
Overall Remarks:
#271 Met tenant Alexandria for a re-inspection on 08/18/2023 for a failed
inspection on 06/15/2023 and subsequent maintenance order. Outstanding
progress had been made by the owner Ron Hauge and the tenant! I will be
sending Ron a Notice to Correct for the few items remaining.
