269 Met tenant of 9 years Bobbett. There were no working
smoke detectors on the first or second floor. Called Lt Bearse
of YFD to come and install some to ensure the safety of
tenants. Please see additional comments for other violations.

The basement window has a noticeable 6 inch or so gap
allowing water in to the basement which was active as I was
their while there was a heavy rain. Also, the inner door to the
bulkhead was being held poor closed with a cat litter container.
Door does not close or seal which is also allowing water in the
basement.
