There were no working smoke detectors on the first or second floor. Called Lt Bearse of YFD to come and install some to ensure the safety of tenants. Basement Result: Fail Remarks: Water intrusion from a gap in the basement window. Inner door to bulkhead stairs not weathertight and allowing water in. 4. Electrical Panel Result: Pass 5. Also, the inner door to the bulkhead was being held poor closed with a cat litter container.
