Ensure property is in compliance with Massachusetts Lead-based Paint Laws. Submit proof of compliance to the Health Department. Prior to any work commencing,you must obtain all necessary permits(Electrical,Plumbing, Building, Septic). All violations must be corrected within 30 days of receipt of this letter's date. If you will be requesting an extension beyond this date, a hearing in accordance with 105 CMR 410.800 through 410.860 must be conducted. Failure to comply with this order will subject you to a fine of$300.00 per day upon conviction in Housing Court(105 CMR 410.920 through 410.930). You also have the right to request in writing, a hearing before the Board of Health(105 CMR 410.800)within seven days of receipt of this order. You will be contacted with the date of the hearing.
