Met Maryann who has been a tenant for 12 years. Smoke detectors were
tested and working but are older than 10 years old. Recommended replacing.
Tenant said she would replace them and send me a photo which she did. There
is a family room in basement that is NOT to be used as a sleeping room. Please
see below for comment on specific areas (some issues were cited on
08/5/2021 inspection report and haven't been addressed)
