Overall Remarks:
38A was subject to a previous maintenance order that was closed in March
2023. Met with property manager Ana and tenant Kim (7 years) Kim stated
previous issues had been resolved. There were significant housekeeping issues
that the occupant is responsible for addressing. Doesn’t appear shower is
being used due to multiple items being stored in the shower. Tenant stated it
does work and they do use it. I went over some housekeeping issues in the
bathroom with her. Bathroom fan needs cleaning. 1 Bedroom is not being
utilized and is being used for storage. There was quite an overflow of trash
outside and insects around it. Owner provides 1 serviced barrel by Garbage
Gone. Property manager said someone would come today and address it.
