299 Mayfair Road, Yarmouthport, Ma.
The Old King's Highway Committee has asked me to formally inquire as to the current
status of the above mentioned matter. As we understand it, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas do not
have a Certificate of Occupancy, yet they appear to have been living at this address. Has
the lawsuit been "dropped"? Does the town plan future litigation? Can we be of any
assistance?
