The following was noted: • No drywells were observed (roof run-off is dissipated via moss "channels" and sandy soils - no erosion is occurring) • The driveway is paved. As part of a septic upgrade design, it is shown existing as paved in 1995. No run-off occurs off the property or onto the street; a catch basin is within the lawn. • It appears the old dwelling was raised up and placed on a new foundation to meet the new addition foundation elevation. We noted that since this permit issued, other additions/decks were constructed but were not a part of this permitting process. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief and with the minor exceptions listed above, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
