Re: Encroachment on Road Right -of-Way at 9 Vernon Street
To Grove Street Nominee Trust:
It has come to our attention that you have large rocks/boulders within the Vemon Street Right-of-
Way. The Town Right-of-Way is 40 feet wide. The rocks along Vemon Street are a concem for
motorists traveling on Vemon Street and will also impact the Town's ability to snowplow along
Vemon Street. W- request that you relocate the boulders along Vernon Street by September 30s. If
you need more time to complete the work, then please contact the DPW office at 508-398-2231
ext. 1250. Enclosed is a copy ofthe Veron Street layout signed by the Board of Selectman.
